Bets may be voided and stakes refunded in the following situations:
Odds in live betting change rapidly. Bets will be confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. If a bet is processed with a delay due to connection issues, updated odds may apply.
Special Note for Cricket Betting: If a match is shortened due to rain or other reasons, bu88 will determine the result using the D/L method or official outcome. If a match is abandoned, stakes will be refunded.

New members may receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus is available one time only. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 10x to 20x. The maximum bonus amount will be listed on the relevant promotions page.
bu88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus associated with that account will be forfeited.

In cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, bu88 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice. Any verified real balance will be returned, but bonus balances will not be refunded.
As part of responsible gaming, members may voluntarily suspend or permanently close their account at any time. During a self-exclusion period, bu88 will not send any marketing communications to the member.
